This blade is commonly known as the Orchard or Garden Blade in Austria.
The blade is turned up at the end, so it does not cut the grass too short. Is great for using on ground that is a bit uneven and going around fruit trees. It cuts thicker grasses and new growth blackberry and bracken type foliage as well as rank grass.
It comes in 2 sizes, 65 and 75cms
It is a grass blade and is good for cutting any vegetable growth under 12 months old.
Good for use in the orchard.

Only used it a few times but easy to assemble, has good instructions and lighter than I had imagined. I've been using it on long grass and some tussocks so cant do full swings but it manages this well. I will need a rake to tidy up.
Wonderful product, so much nicer to use than a strimmer!
Sharp and does the job. Great for thistles as well as grasses.
Excellent.A bit of practice still but one day I will be able to do the scythe perfect.
